Open concept offices are all the hype today. The ease of collaboration, relationship building, and inexpensive installation costs are very intriguing. However, what about when you have an important call? Or, when office chatter is getting rowdy and you have an important assignment due? Open space collaboration is a great concept, but a solution to distractions & privacy is key.

Mesosphere solved this problem by creating “telephone booths” in their open concept office. These telephone booths give employees the opportunity to step away from the collaborative environment to confine themselves and focus without distractions. This is truly giving Mesosphere a workplace advantage by accommodating all different work styles. Besides the telephone booths, and open concept desks, there are also couches and bar style seating truly adapting their environment to a diverse group of individuals.
